Sometimes the there are multiple batch of voucher , I saw save up to rm200 but less voucher with more free shipping.

1.Does a single free shipping count as RM10 save up ? because I counted the rm250 saving , only free shipping added value rm10 is exact amount save.

2.As to be exact , if at the 4week+2days , if I claim the last 4th week at the last few day before the voucher club expire , what will happen ? Example voucher club ends at 20-1-2022 but claim at 18-1-2022.Will the voucher ends as the club member expire too together ? and if I choose to renew it again , will the 7 days claim at 18-1-2022 continue until 25-1-2022 ?

About the Hero voucher is more like a luck and I saw ios phone works better.Sorry for not reading the helpcenter and voucher club guide below.Once collect reserve until next day.

Saw the 1-4 weeks , I though once join will get all voucher rm250.
It is a let down where limited to certain amount of voucher.I though i can utilize more rm5 but only limited for 1st and 3rd week and only 1 free shipping.

3.The free shipping is sidewide or only apply for product with free shipping tag ? Without free shipping tag can the voucher be use ?

4.The voucher is sidewide? can apply to any product or specific product ? but I don't see any tag for product voucher.Example , if shope need to have 10% cashback tag banner in order to use shope voucher.What about the voucher club ? I don't see any tag in every product.

5.I saw the t&c , that if seller cancel the product , the voucher cannot be refund back.Is it true ?
Isn't it some uneven terms ? We pay for the voucher but seller cancel and it will not revert back to us ? I understand if cases like 4th week use a voucher club and didn't renew next month if seller cancel the order , voucher will not given back but if within the month of subscription , laz voucher club should give back the voucher us if seller cancel.

Overall , just disappointed that the voucher club divine the voucher use by weekly base rather than given all out for use to spend if they need for holiday season.Secondly, the voucher club can not return back if seller cancel order , no matter how , we pay for it and we should have a right to request back.

Anyway , will not join at the moment since the flood happen around whole Malaysia and all parcel is being delay until end of this year.more importantly buying now and possible getting water damage or cancellation by seller and voucher cannot return back.
