1 day once I remember , I 1 day also cannot collect.
My bar and timer stop also as Ben said , server issue , laz should just change the time to 8pm , 9pm or collect first , then use later like other voucher.
If everyday eveyone click like this , surely server will have problem.

laz should change 6pm collect first, 8pm used like last year 9.9.Push it to 6pm collect.

I have another issue on shop , ask FusionXY but he also doesn't know why voucher cannot apply.Check PM again.

laz can do both to test , 1st round like usual , 12pm direct collect.
Then 2nd round collect at 6pm then 8pm start.
most importantThe voucher valid for 6 hours , not 1 hour.Like you said , if someone cancel order the voucher will return back to laz so I can still use it again.

Which hisense model ? inverter ? ,Front loading is good , but cannot add at the middle of washing.?
Mine top loading , spoil twice because of Main board , after that super noisy when spinning.Sometimes need to calibrate for every time to make sure the washing machine is at the center.
Make sure you all buy 10-20 piece of laundry bag I know a bit troublesome but to prevent your cloth spoil ,better p inside the laundry net bag.
