I don't think laz focus on small items , if really focus , should have give out a special free shipping bundle rather than creating a new system category for it.
The add in 3 items are quite useless as you can't even do well on a search function for product I wanted.
The group buying I mention as you said was similar with PDD , more you buy more cheaper the price.Not this 3 add items.

Problem in Malaysia and SG is limited user register on laz.Not many people active on online buying after MCO , I can tell max everyday people buying is very limited or below 30k compare to other country.

After no more free shipping base price , even lesser people will buy.Once we saw add in 3 products no discount , straight buyer cancel and back button.Buyer like us are familiar showing with some discount voucher or shop voucher.
Why not go other Platform to buy with same price ? no need bundle together.

Bundle only useful if every product are included.Nothing on groceries , limited on the warehouse.

if laz can add any product from every seller and able to use voucher , that will be the best.
There are a lot of shop voucher but not enough free shipping in this 11.11 and forcing rm8 shipping.
Most shop voucher are 1-3 and 10-5.
gg laz if free shipping base on checkout price and never revert , no one buying anything on 11.11.
