Base on my experience few months ago, no live agents work on weekends. Only bot. So try again chat with live agent on lazada during working days. Since, the item already with courier lazada will try to get status update from the courier service and will ask you more time to wait. Maybe lazada will give rm10 voucher as compensation for late delivery. You can contact lazada live agent againt if still not receive the item. I advise in the meantime try to collect evidence uch screenshot from seller, currier service and also lazada cs chat.
