Hi what's the best way to contact CS? I tried their live chat but its more like an automated response. I tried to add further comment but unresponsive. I got an item ordered and shipped out by seller by 4th August but till today still stuck in logistic centre. I tried cancel the item with the seller Gadget Zone Sdn Bhd but their CS just say "oh item lost dy, if you want cancel please reject item at the doorstep". WTF man like scam only.

Sorry, seller is passing your parcel to logistic company right now. Please contact the seller if you want to cancel the order.

That's why quite scummy on Lazada site. Already +10 days still don't have any system to trigger that something is wrong.

This one not bot, he means that if you don't want the product anymore, either reject it or wait for it to mark as lost.

Need to wait until
1. System auto mark as lost after 1 month of waiting
2. Shipping company mark as lost/damaged

Base on my experience few months ago, no live agents work on weekends. Only bot. So try again chat with live agent on lazada during working days. Since, the item already with courier lazada will try to get status update from the courier service and will ask you more time to wait. Maybe lazada will give rm10 voucher as compensation for late delivery. You can contact lazada live agent againt if still not receive the item. And they will ask if you willing to wait again or get refund.
I advise in the meantime try to collect evidence uch screenshot from seller, currier service and also lazada cs chat. Like my case, after almost a month delivery status not update, suddenly stated as delivered on 20 days back. Luckily, i already screenshot everything as evidence and got refund back.

This number can call and ask about credit card? Sign up CitiLaz card via Lazada app and supposed to get RM500 voucher. 6 months already still nothing. Call Citibank and they said dont know... no such offer. Ask me contact Lazada.

The following day (day 3), I still failed to collect it. Keep trying and failed every time.

Day 4: managed to get at first attempt.

Day 5: the "collect" button showed "use now" because I had not used it. Manatau, at 8pm, it stll showed use now - it doesn't allow us to have more than one hero voucher, it seems laugh.gif

Wanna ask,
Q1: if I don't renew my membership and I only redeem my Week 4 vouchers on the last day of membership, will the voichers still be valid for the next 7 days?

Q2: Are hero voucher and voucher club vouchers stackable with
i) bank promo code (example SATMBB), or bank vouchers (the one we collect in normal voucher page),

ii) sale promotion voucher, say, 9.9 sale ?

Not banned. The items listed by the seller for some reason cannot be placed in one order before payment. I have to make two orders to buy them.

Error message was "Sorry, something went wrong on your order. Please contact customer service.".

Failed to collect means the voucher had ran out.

Yeah, the hero voucher will last into the night of next day. So if you don’t utilise it before 8PM, you can’t redeem for a new one.

Q1: not too sure as previously I utilised all my voucher before my membership expired

Q2: of course you can’t, hero voucher is a payment method discount voucher which only give discount when you use Lazada wallet to checkout; in Lazada you can stack one platform, one payment method, one free shipping and one shop’s discount voucher (if applicable).

Does anyone know how revert back to old FunFarm game coz Lazada app keep showing me the new game now for testing unlike previously it will automatically revert to old game after re-enter..😅

I have uncollected coins & water from the old FunFarm game..😭

Hmmm, I have a order pending return, used with my voucher club’s vouchers.

I hope by the time they revalidate the voucher for me, my voucher club still active, LOL…
