I got this before. After that, I blacklist the seller already. Never buy from him even though price advertised is usually cheaper than other sellers. Pls go and complain to CS and say you want to complain about the seller. Hopefully these type of sellers  will kena discipline by Lazada if they receive too many complaints from buyers

True. Lazada ain't the same Lazada that gave us the first RM300 sorry voucher for the RM500 iPhone. I don't want to feel like a beggar. My brother though is an extreme case. Late delivery call. My laptop purchase from lazmall aeonplus habis lo, courier urban despatch. Two days at dispatch center.
I ask if i received broken item will lazada refund fully include all voucher and lazada bonus, they said yes..nutnlast November i had a case already where cs say yes will refund include lazada bonus and in the end the tnc said no, did quite a couple of complaints and eventually get measly rm50 sv only, almost filed small claim tribunal
