Yes less posts in the thread compared to earlier this year.

Anyone miss / remember the sale where they kept refreshing the 600-100 voucher or something like that? That was almost the last sale with the ability to combo platform/bonus/bank without FCFS if I remember correctly. Slowly my purchases has been going downhill since then tongue.gif

Let me know the outcome after a year. Seen aukey expensive also get bloated.
*
Basically all powerbanks i bought before will bloat, just when only once you hit the limit of the charging cycles.

So far my other aukey is still ok, i think it's been 2 years at least.

The Mi powerbanks also last quite long before bloating. I got the Ugreen as well previously but it bloated quite fast, 1 year roughly like you mentioned above.

Still finding the lunchbox heater , any recommend  ?

Then Mi is better ? possible to find what kind of battery inside ?

review said give 120 coins , but actually you need to click order receive + review together to do that.Depends on product type of review and etc.
Not worth to review , if review can get voucher then will review.
*
Mi better in the sense that it doesn't bloat hugely, just that the battery capacity dies. ie instead of able to charge from full 4 lights to zero, it will stop charging once it hits 2 lights on the powerbank. Also, lasts longer than my previous Huawei / Ugreen powerbanks. Didn't bother to check the battery inside sorry...just dropped off at the electronics recycling bin once the powerbank KO.

Why set wrongly?
*
Didn't set wrongly, wanted it to be sent to my office address for certain fragile items, so I can collect personally. All other courier companies knows to come during office hours for work addresses. No issue so far for Lex, Shopee Express, J&T etc only the idiot ninjavan. Probably because they hire part timers or something.

Ninjavan always sends after office hours, it's not the first time. Guardhouse is not supposed to collect the items on our behalf. sweat.gif

Normally should we charge our powerbank to 1-0 lights ?
I want to know how much does the power need to charge something to reheat a lunch box ?

1st gen different already ,now powerbank already more than 4 gen.
I saw at 11.11 a lot buying bauseus power bank 20k around rm50.
lazada.com.my/products/baseus-qpow2-power-bank-20000mah-pd-fast-charging-powerbank-built-in-two-cables-portable-charger-external-battery-pack-for-phone-i3649228102-s20670222177.html

That good ? what measurements when buying a power bank ? worry caught fire or fired easily.

How much mah need to power up a lunch box ?
*
I normally charge the powerbank to full anyway.

For your lunchbox, I would think you need to see what kind of input it needs to work, and whether the powerbank can supply that amount? For myself, I don't power up any special items, just phones / tablets / small tools etc. Fast charging tends to heat up the powerbank more. If you're using the box at a specific place, why not just use a normal charger with USB output to the box itself? A normal phone charger etc.

Safety is more on whether the powerbank can cutoff power if it detects an overload, overheating etc? That's why I just stick to more well known brands.....

Cached page doesn't show Lazmall though or is that a dynamic tag?

No need, thanks. Was just wondering if it's really a LazMall shop or they just put a picture there to mislead users. The name sounded dodgy enough, I wouldn't risk buying from those kind of shops though. Caveat Emptor.... whistling.gif

Looks like a dodgy shop but has Lazmall tag. Interesting...is it the same thing another user complained about a few weeks back?

Good , charging also good for my pb .

I don't have the magsafe pb so cant comment on it.

Mine so far is good

You should have got it very2 cheap since you apply 90%

Enjoy

BYH and me have plenty of their products from last time 50% vc / 100-50 vc (shop)

I have the 5000mah magsafe PB, used it for my partner's iPhone 15+. Don't really like it as it gets really really hot, so it's not comfortable. Normal wired charging usage is fine.

Hi all, anyone have experienced selecting in store pickup when buying iPhone on Lazada? I placed order on Monday night with CC, already show bank charged but until now still not yet ready for pickup. Its Machines Lazada btw.

I contacted Machines CS on Lazada and they keep telling me that Lazada will send QR code when pickup is ready…now already Thursday afternoon still not yet ready….I thought they have to fulfill the pickup within 48hrs but now already 3 working days….don’t even know what I can do now, cancel order and request refund?
*
Machines is quite well known and an official seller, so it's probably just delayed and / or Lazada's system acting up. Of course if you feel it's taking too long, you can cancel it as well. Since it'll auto cancel if it's not ready/packed after 3 days like you mentioned? I believe I bought from their Shopee store before with no issues.

Speaking of which, this 9.9 Shopee has been shipping faster and correctly instead of Lazada for me. Some LZD packages delayed and I got 2 packages gone missing as well....haven't happened to me for a while now so time to request refund.

9 9 sale lazada system got problem, app got show, some order will get delay
*
Ya, delay is fine, as it's a lot of parcels to process.

However, 2 of my packages were marked as delivered with a blank picture....so this one I cannot accept lah. Meaning hanky panky or just straight lazy/playing tricks. The guy assigned is not the regular delivery person for my office, so looks like a part timer or temp guy. A few times now if it's not a regular, they try to send to the workplace at night and expect you to be in the office...not logical or plain dumb right. So I think he gave up and marked as delivered directly.

So I have to start the refund process instead now sweat.gif

Who is liable for missing packages? The seller themselves or the courier company? As it's not really the seller's fault after all..?

This is sad and disappointing though. I even called Lazada but the CS was not helpful either.

I have spent RM2k++ in the past couple of years. Never seek a refund before. In fact another order from the same seller had an issue and Lazada rejected the refund then as well.

Unlike Shopee, I have asked refund quite a number of times due to damaged goods, never had an issue there.

Edit: The scary thing is this happen despite me having a recording of unwrapping the parcel! I almost never record, this time I had to as the parcel was just so small and light, something felt wrong even before I opened it.
*
That's odd, as I have filed a missing items refund before, and no issues so far, touch wood. But I do message the seller and tell them this and that is missing, so they can approve the refund request. I also attach the pictures/video etc as well.

It seems like it's the seller being uncooperative and rejecting the request (As LZD now asks the seller too nowadays).

Does the seller need to approve the refund? From talking with the guy, doesn't seem to be the case as he seemed to indicate it was Lazada CS that rejected the refund.
*
I think it depends on the return reason category and/or seller. One time I had some damaged goods and the seller needed to approve the partial refund.

But my family recently returned a Tao Clothes bought due to wrong size, it immediately refunded upon dropping it at the return center.

So far, I usually have more trouble dealing with the seller rather than LZD CS when doing returns though.

11.11 is coming soon and i plan to buy ipad. so where and how to get good voucher? or any advice to get more discount?
*
See the various Apple retailers, (there are only so few like TMT/SenHeng/Switch etc) which ones can stack vouchers if possible. Previously bought 9th gen Ipad with good discount that way.

10th gen Ipad prices are lower now, so maybe go for that instead. Might want to check on Shopee too to compare.
