You need to check your expected delivery time. If it didnt exceed the latest expected date, CS won't layan you. Its also possible the logistics team prioritise packages that have tighter delivery deadlines.

Normally I use Hero Voucher together with (30-10) / (60-10) / (99-10) Lazada voucher. It is just a bonus (additional -RM6).

For my case, I can use (RM5-RM5) vouchers on my water bills (Minimum payment is RM3 only for Lembaga Air Kuching).

Is the courier Urban Despatch? I had a similar situation, the package never got sent out (stuck for 3 weeks), eventually a few days after it passed the estimated delivery dates, Lazada automatically canceled and refunded my order.

Having a problem activating Lazada Wallet here. I think I signed up for an account with my phone number by accident so when I tried to link my phone number to my main account, it failed saying that the number has been linked to another account. Contacted the CS (long wait btw) and she claimed that my phone number account will be deactivated the next day (today) but seems like still couldn't link it to my account. Anyone has similar experience on how long does it take for this to happen?

For lazada voucher, is it after we successfully grab it, we can check out whatever time we like as long as within voucher valid date?

they silently implement daily quota. But the reset timer I not sure. You need to test the usability from time to time.
