I have booked a car with a car dealer this afternoon. I have paid RM500 deposit.
Just now he called and told me that the current car owner refused to sell the car.
He said he will pay back Rm500 to me. And i said i will not accept the offer.
Anyone here can tell me what action can i do? Can i demand him to compensate back double of the deposit amount to me? Thank you.

But my lost is the car that i supposed to get. I could not get back that specs and that quality with that price offered by the dealer.

So its ok to let the business owners to bully the consumers?
