when dealer agree to refund u.. just accept it, why u want to be so demanding asking for compensation.. it is the same, when customer decide to cancel I used to return it.. no point fighting over small money ( I dunno about other dealer la ). It's not like u lose anything, probably just wasted ur time..
I know a lot of "shark dealer" out there, like to manipulate the car mileage, adding exorbitant service charges (kena before car price state + 3K-5K for processing fee WTF
)TS fault:
1. Too demanding (i guess u must had scolding that sales guy 99 when he said wanna refund u 500)
2. Too emotional
