I registered a .com.my domain name via Exabytes and they told me .my domain name cant registrar lock?

If it is true, will my domain expose to risk of being transfer to another owner without my knowledge?

Is it safe to keep domain unlock?

Thanks

yes.. there is no registrar lock... cos the process to transfer the domain itself is freakin troublesome sweat.gif

Need to create an account via mynic, then setup 2FA, then appoint technical person just to change my nameservers. LOL blink.gif

for MYNIC, you basically have 4 different logins for registrant, admin, technical and billing.
only technical can make DNS changes. if you manage a few .MY domains... make sure you take note of all the usernames and passwords... or else.. really headache..
i personally will not use MYNIC DNS host cos it's just too slow if you need to update your DNS urgently.

MYNIC is the only one that managing .my. You can't transfer to any other registrar. Even their reseller got no right to move the domain within reseller except for Admin.
