Is it possible to transfer my existing loan to another bank because of the other bank is offering lower rates and also have different loan type, like semi and full flexi loan?

Is there an extra charge for it is the loan transfer is possible.

U can refinance ur existing loan to other bank. Cost will be legal fees and valuation fees. U can option to cash out in overdraft or in term loan.

depends how much is the refinancing loan amount. generally you gotta prepare around 2% in cash for your fees etc.

alternatively you could opt to finance your legal & valuation fees for the transaction in your loan.
