QUOTE(Vincentccw @ Apr 12 2019, 09:45 PM) Is it possible to transfer my existing loan to another bank because of the other bank is offering lower rates and also have different loan type, like semi and full flexi loan? U can refinance ur existing loan to other bank. Cost will be legal fees and valuation fees. U can option to cash out in overdraft or in term loan.Is there an extra charge for it is the loan transfer is possible. |

QUOTE(Vincentccw @ Apr 13 2019, 01:51 AM) depends how much is the refinancing loan amount. generally you gotta prepare around 2% in cash for your fees etc. alternatively you could opt to finance your legal & valuation fees for the transaction in your loan. |
