Selling property with 75% ownership

Would like to ask if anybody has experience with the sales of property with 75% ownership; my situation is such that i have 75% ownership over a property whilst my investment friend has the balance 25%. If i would like to sell the property but my friend insists of keeping it, can it be executed with my majority ownership. Thx in advance for any helpful advice, would appreciate it very much.

Can you explain the nature of the 75% ownership. How is the ownership drafted? Through a holding company? |
