Ingredients
- Nestle Milo powder
- All purpose flour / any flour is fine
- Oil
- Butter*
- Sugar*
- Salt*

1. Mix the flour, milo powder and salt all together. Knead it to soft dough while adding water gradually.


2. Divide the dough to few balls (if it is large). Coat the dough with cooking oil. Then, let it rest for at least 2 hours or overnight Overnight is better, to make the dough more sketchy.

3. Flatten and roll out the dough. Flip it (if you want). If the dough is dry, put some oil.
Put some milo powder on top and cover it, then spread out the dough again.



4. Lubricate the pan with butter and turn low heat. Cook through and flip the dough until brown or slightly burnt and crispy.
