I am using celcom fibre original tplink router Archer VR500V. The problem is that my new PTZ CCTV camera is not able to connect to the router. Celcom helpline say currently they do not support dynamic IP address for CCTV, only fix IP CCTV camera is accepted.
the camera CCTV is working fine when I use my phone as hotspot but it won't connect to the tplink router. I believe this has something to do with the router firmware or some other advance setting that need to be tweaked in order for the camera to work with this router. Right now I cant't do much with the router as celcom only provide standard username and password.

password: celcom123
This username only allow user to change wifi name, disable and enable 2.4 and 5Ghz channel and some other simple router setting.
I really need to access the admin setting. Does anyone know what is the username and password for admin. Celcom has change the default admin password by tplink.

The CCTV camera is working flawlessly and able to connect to internet when i link through my PC which have internet connection sharing enabled. This PC is wirelessly connected to the router for internet connection. So i strongly believed the problem lies with the celcom router setting and nothing to do with the camera itself.
