Hi everyone, I'm staying in a tall condo, level 36 and having difficulty with poor mobile reception. My condo is just next to Kesas highway. Every time when someone calls in, the line always breaks and call drop. I have two iPhones (iP8+ using hotlink, and iP6+ using Maxis), both signal only shows 1 bar. doh.gif

Is there any solution to improve the signal? I'm wondering whether is there any accessories that I can plug to my phone to improve the signal? (antenna for mobile? haha)

Kindly advise and thank you.

mobile signal booster cost is expensive...
b4 you try anything... try to manually search for telco signal,
usually will pop other telco name as well..
then as your neighbour , see which telco signal is good..
last thing you could do, is call telco CS and make a complaint.

Solutions for this problem:
1. Make a complaint to Maxis regarding this matter.
2. Jump to other telco if there is no any action from Maxis after making the complaint.

May be something like this. Try search on Lazada and ask the seller.

change to other telco with vowifi, eg digi/umobile

else, buy a dg/um sim card, call forward all ur number to the new simcard when u home..

but ur iphone only 1 sim slot...
u can use esim for ur maxis and put ur dg/um sim in physical sim slot and enable vowifi on it

Consider other telcos. Try using the prepaid versions b4 deciding. Postpaid to maintain ur current number.
