Just spend some time in a pool can liau. Unless you want to swim professionally, otherwise, save you money. Unless got jav teacher teach

Just relax and you will float automatically.

Once you master floating then the rest is easier.

i m glad that my dad always bring me to pool when i was a kid... i learn all the floating swimming myself haha.

but swimming is not hard, even my gf that dont know how to swim can pass her swimming test for diving after i teach her a for few round.

just dont panic and then ur body will start to float.

find a 2m pool, jump in. sink or swim.

one way to learn by yourself...
get snorkeling kit...use it to train your swimming posture.
bcos once u get into water your body automatic will strangle..that y u need to overcome the posture first.

if he panic really will die 1. or phobia later forever don dare to touch water anymore.

Actually I also want to know where got class for adult. Want to learn forward stroke properly.

During primary school, my parents paid for my swimming lesson. Attended few lessons, but too scared to go again because the coach throw me to 5m deep water to learn floating.

Then during my internship. near my office have swimming pool. After work,together with other intern going to swim once a week, and I able to swim before the intern end, Probably 2 month (8 times). Self learning plus friend watch over you incase you drown.

I learnt how to swim few years back. No swimming class just go swimming pool with friend that know how to swim. get a swimming glasses and see them how to swim.

find swimming classes with hot amoi teacher. Sometimes at condo will have, they would be teaching small kiddos.

I am also interested. Current cant even float. Some say my bones are high density

For kids at Melawati or Ukay Perdana area. Indoor pool preferred.

moral of the story, you need be confident and calm when learning. Panic and insecure environment is a big no no for learning
