Hi there, does anyone know where exactly I need to go, if I want to find out whether a pre war building has a heritage certificate please? I have been asked to go to DBKL and few other places, however, no one is able to tell which is the right department that can help me. Thank you

u want to apply for a building? or u curious to find out whether particular building is classified as heritage (aka pre-war building)?
