I recently got an offer from SP Setia Penang Bayan Baru branch as an office administration executive. I want to know how is their pays and benefits? and also how is the working environment and culture in Penang branch? Is everything ok? Can someone from SP Setia Penang branch answer me? Thank you.

as far as i know, the staff benefit is quite good, for example they provide free lunch to the staff and extra pay for helping out in sales during the weekend.

SP Setia now under PNB.. So its kinda GLC..
Benefits & salary package also something like GLC style.. Not Chinaman's peanuts low pay almost zero benefits... Have OT too... Don't worry... |

Too many benefits,
-meal allowance -ot -LTIP -SPD -bonus -medical outpatient rm2k per annum -medical card cover your kids |
