I'm currently using Viofo A129 Duo with fuse tap. Plug and play without voiding warranty.

If you're on a higher budget, just go for any dual Thinkware dash cams.

Yes. This is the app. Once you've downloaded the video file, it will show this GPS location.

Applicable to any Viofo dash cam with GPS module.

So it's the variant below A129 Duo Pro 4k front 1080p rear.

My A129 Duo tends to hangs / freeze at times especially after using parking mode. Once in a while I will reboot the camera before starting journey if I notice the cam freeze

Still using battery instead of capacitor for cut off recording. It'll be a turn down product in 6 months time under Malaysian weather.

Got dashcam is better than no dashcam. And people alrwady aiming for it, just not knowing the battery Vs capacitor capabilities in general for long term

Hmm, I remember reading about the A129 Duo lens changes for 2018 Vs 2019 model. Can't quite recall where was it.

Just took out both to update 2.1 firmware and notice the lens size.

Ah I see. Viofo A129 duo has no LED indicator . Therefore the fake LED on sale could be nice to have.

Sorta like informing the driver behind about the "SMILE, YOU'RE ONE DASHCAM!"

Another plus point for Viofo albeit China dashcam to be pretty similar to Korean dashcam for this matter.

No LED at all. whistling.gif

Perhaps next upgrade would be Thinkware straight. See see 11.11....
