Where is your link show ddpai z60 pro rear is 4k? 2k or 4k  only available to ddpai z90 series.

It's okay. Nowadays 2k above rear cam still not common and only available those top model. I eyeing Ddpai brand which most use capacitor.

Just go for the 2 most popular budget and mid range brands here if you are unfamiliar with dashcam. 70Mai and DDpai.

You can't go wrong with the price vs feature vs value for money with these 2 dashcam. Their dashcam are well proven with good pricing and many reviews.

There are more premium pricier brands but unless you have very specific high expectation for the dashcam features and quality, these 2 are considered well established top of range low and mid budget dashcam that can fit MOST ppl budget and expectations with many use cases liao.

Which dashcam is budget ? front and rear ? Not over RM350 after voucher deduct or normal price Rm500
The important is finding a kit which is able to remove the dashcam when on a hot sun and reinsert back when driving.

I have Viofo A129 Duo dashcam installed, thinking of changing to A129 plus duo or A229 plus duo.

Does the current cable for 129 Duo Dashcam works with these 2 models?

I had the similar situation as you. I upgrade from A129 Duo to A229 Plus.
The cables from A129 doesn't work with A229 as it's now using Type C connector.

I upgraded due to the A129 failing since 2018 usage.

May try using nail polisher remover to remove the sticked dashcam.
