Setting surely no security light on off switch. X9 has no screen so big chance can't switch.

My android app was latest. I later evening check back.
Desktop will be hard, as the dashcam at a weird angle in front the mirror hard to take out sd card.

Ps: that knight rider style running led maybe look cook. the more annoying was, parking is slow running, but parking + recording was flashing.. Wtf...

Under day light it's doesn't too appearing.
In night, GG. Whole world know you got dash cam.
Specially it flashing (parking+recording)

But in parking mode slow move quite OK, if people not direct look at it won't realize that was dash cam
Yep. I got both, but decently I removed the old one.

When I install iroad I actually plan to capture idiot on the road.
But too lazy and no high speed internet.
Now I got new 4g internet with high speed... Only left lazy lol

My dashcam not really on top of windshield, just because the almera middle mirror was stick to windshield... So....

This one will be personal preferences, I more like no light when record.

You can check if that dashcam 12v plug problem or your car cigarette plug have issue.
If your car 12v plug issue then fix your car first before buy new dashcam,otherwise if new dashcam use cigarette plug same issue will pop up.

Qualcomm Quick Charge. Mostly used on phone. For veriable fast charging speed.

It mostly use 9v or higher.

Can direct draw power from car fuse. Or mod wiring.
My iroad draw power from there.

LOL.. Comparing B segment sedan to C segment sedan.

Me not pro.. But I will say no.

Unless you tap your dash cam to external battery, then that external battery go fuse or power plug.

Me as iroad x9 user. It ist the bad dashcam. But it have some basic issue like file format and app support
File format I won't care so much as I put in pc and export
The real issue is the app. Android 9 almost can't connect the dashcam keep ask me to pair. Even successfully pair, can't go in to review video or it immediately disconnected. Reason unknown.

IF you have extra budget, go for Thinkware or Blackvue.
Iroad sit in between high end and low end. Not the bad dashcam but also not the perfect dashcam for its price.

a bit yes for the 'not worth it's asking price'.

they can do better with the price, or make it lower price.
So far I using 1 year+- didt meet quality issue, and recently removed a week for windshield replace + remove all tint and retint it.
No issue other then app.

What issue they fixed...? If nothing related with Android 9 connection issue then better don't fix it.... Why fix something didn't broken lol

So in other hand. They will broke more thing...
Because now android 9 need soo much time press dashcam button verify. Some time after press it still ask to press.
And go into video review there connection drop.
