Calling all mini0906 users can help verify something as it's been a long tme since I've reviewed the mini0906. Can you help check if the date and time are reset every time you start the car and only sync when GPS is connected? This happening to the mini0906 Pro (see the above picture).
Timezone setting. Gmt+8 will hold the timer correctly. Otherwise it will auto sync based on GPS detection.
Wonder how the imx327 performance?

I always default setting then preset timezone +8gmt for my customer. So far no issue for my side. Initial if I don't preset, it's will have issue time changing.
Reset back to the factory still the same when first on the date and time is reset until GPS is connected then sync according to timezone.
Default setting the set timezone while waiting for GPS connected. It will auto sync then the timer won't change anymore. Should be correct timer after that.
check with your night recordings if the video is not sharp/blur..mine was replaced with warranty. Apparently some A129 have hardware problem with auto focus if hardwired. Bought mine from Sicurez few months back and got a 1 to 1 replacement due to the defect
No auto focus lens in A129 Duo and nothing to do with hardwired. It's purely either mis-aligned focus in factory or the alignment seal not fully secured the position.
If you can, try to find the older A119v2 which just phased out late 2019. It will be cheaper than the improved A119v3 with buffered parking mode.
It is higher up from the B1W in terms of video quality but lack buffered parking mode. DDPai Mini One is actually not bad. Can hardwire with it's hardwire kit for timelapse parking mode.
A119v2 still have stock around. viofo will do the very last batch of manufacturing qty due to high demand order request from distributer. This will be the last batch of A119v2. Should be available after CNY holiday.
Last year I had considered these 2 models too, but decided I'd be better off with a dual dashcam.
However if asked to choose between those two, I'd go with the B1W. Even though the 70mai pro has better resolution and the convenience of a screen, I would prefer the greater reliability of a supercapacitor dashcam. See post#1 on supercapacitors vs normal rechargeable battery packs.
With that having been said, if you prefer the features of the 70mai pro, and don't mind the trouble of checking/replacing(if necessary) the battery at least once a year (it doesn't seem that hard), go for it. The better resolution and handy screen may make it worthwhile for you. The HMC1450 battery is available at aliexpress, banggood etc and can be delivered to Malaysia. It's quite easy to get the molex connector welded onto it and insulated.
Bear in mind, the battery may not reach your hand. Either lost or confiscated by checking gate officer. I bought few type of battery, only 1 order reached my hand. Rest is unknown status but I got AliExpress refunded for my order. iPhone battery, small rc lipo battery.

Nope. Battery is hazardous item. Forbidden on cargo flight. Only 1 posibble is thru sea ship but after 60 days waited. The parcel is no where to be found.
So far one that not fail is buying whole unit which mean camera with battery. If standalone battery usually gone case.
Am giving people an alternative, which you don't seem to be doing. And you do pay tax on your imports don't u? (unless u only buy in small shipments of RM500 or less CIF).
The things, it's a non economical repair for the cheap price battery with high price premium shipping fees. Might as well buy a new unit with warranty.
DHL and FedEx declare everything's and sometimes they will auto pay for the tax without your consent and charge back to you.

Your eken h9r size is same as GoPro hero4? If yes, plenty of it for hero4. Just find hero4 accessories if your eken is same size.
Last time I have it eken h9r. I use suction cup with 1/4 screw if not mistaken or else using it with body frame.

Viofo product doesn't have region control so its all only 1 variant as global set. If you purchased from me, just send it back to me. Doesn't need to ship back to China. Anyway RMA product wont tax you, only higher shipping fees and optional insurance fees if you were to claim it from Viofo directly but make sure you have the RMA number and document from Viofo before shipping back to Viofo. Otherwise theirs custom will hold the parcel and dispose it if no proper documentation attached for period of time.
