 M101 Developer Did Not Refund Deposit, Need to Make Complaint on This Developer

Hi all, i unable to received my booking refund is more the 8 months since 15/8/2018 I did submit the refund form with the loan rejection letter to M101 developer. Beside, I did keep calling and you staff say that is still pending in account but didn't say that is pending on what. Is it not reasonable that the refund is pending for a quit long time without any reason, and keep say your datin didn't sign the cheque. Anyone able to advise on this? I will raise out the issue to consumer government and other social media seek for advise.

Please help share !!

If not, the cheque only valid for 6 months. You can go back to the same branch and file as missing cheque. Penalty charged RM20 and you will get back the money.

Actually is RM10k, developer didnt issue any cheque at all and say is pending on account department, so i direct lodge complaint with the government consumer department?
