Grabcar driver abuse new policy, 5 minutes no show policy

The driver hit arrived(not sure driver can hit the button or the GPS auto detect the driver arrive when he is opposite the location), but then he is somewhere near the location don't want to move wait for five minutes passed then accused the passenger didn't show up. Also in the grab chat he messaged me to do new booking, after that not reply even I attempt to call him. Sadly grab cannot retrieve the chat and call history. i have to make another booking after cancelled and result in price hike by RM3.00. fcking beh song. FCKING GRAB, u want charge premium price is okay, but dont keep giving me shit experience, damn u sucks, sack ur whole bunch of shit executive management. good to report crap
btw, this afternoon, one real premium customer ask me to cancel as he waited 15mins. i ignore him, i continue going to pick him. he claim i not moving. but in reality its terrible ham in nu sentral area as contractor is doing pavement near old town coffee
sometimes must get the real picture from both side.
that is why the best proof is via the crap app i.e. text or call ....
