MSQ better, you need to consider the peak hour jam of the exit out from SS7/26 to LDP Kepong direction is a nightmare - especially in the evenings

Both totally different location.
You better ask yourself which location you prefer to own stay. Place you familiar. Near your workplace. Near place that you will frequent visit.

Anyway, MSQ still under master title I would say. From the same developer around that area would be Ritze Perdana, already 10 years but still under master title. Developer still active and building new project so not sure what's the issue here. MK Land. Possible they oversell bumi lot quota?

Zenith Residence and surrounding project will have LRT3 station in the future. Station is located just beside Block A of Kelana D'Putera. If you prefer this area, you dont have to choose only Zenith Residence. Got few other choices such as Sterling, Kelana Mahkota, etc over there. Need to do more research see which condo is better managed and which already sorted out and issued the strata title.

Personally like DP because of the ramp up to kl and through Penchala Link.

Msq JMB is quite good, or at least this is what I feel so far.

Facilities and lifts generally maintained well.

The only thing people complain about now is the big highway construction going on now.

But hey, development needs sacrifices. So I'm OK with it so far.

Thanks askar perang. Yes, I'm aware that msq is still under master title after 10 years. Even zenith residence is also still under master title. Went MSQ for unit viewing and personally feel that condo management/maintenance is quite ok but just slightly old because already ten years old. Tried to perform research online about zenith residences's jmb, condo management but can't find much info.
Agreed that there are other option available nearby zenith residence, but km and sterling are mostly sell at 600k and above which already exceeded my budget.
Thank u

Thanks Adrian. Yes, DP is nice place.
I have a friend stay in msq and according to the feedback the msq jmb is quite ok.
For past ten years I stay at km which is next to zenith residence, that's why I also put zenith within my consideration if their jmb, condo management is ok too.
Thank u
