Re-registered all fingerprints after the April OTA update. Can confirm UD fingerprint sensor works extremely well now. Only 1 fail out of 20 tries

Wondering about its level of security though.

there is no visible or attractive subject in the whole photo. composition is aimless especially towards the right and lower parts of the photo.

colors are dull and objects out of focus.

overall poor output.

Maybe u are one of the dslr junkie or what..i dunno..but nonetheless, I'm okay with the photo šŸ˜—

While I agree the pic is not attractive but the points you mentioned in the first paragraph is not due to the camera. It's the photographer. In that case how could you say it's due to the S10 limitation?

But yes the color is dull.

Now Iā€™m regretting letting my S10+ go too soon without trying the FP scanner and deep sleep thing after the software fix. laugh.gif

Psst... S10 5G is around the corner.

P. S. Tried unlocking with dry fingers, which worked very well too

In terms of standby battery drain, its only 1-2% now overnight (8 hours sleep) with WiFi on and no airplane mode.

7 hours+ SOT is easily achieved daily even with mobile data 100% unless I'm gaming/navigating with Waze

During travel the stock SP got scratch up pretty bad. sad.gif
Any s10e user uses SP (TG or not dont mind), that would fit Ringke Fusion case.
<if TG version, hope it wont push the SP>

Overall, s10e is worth the purchase for me.
Travel to Japan , mostly only need charge the phone twice per day (got powerbank).
As always had google maps turned on & hotspot for family member.

Camera with ultrawide is a godsend
but abit itchy hands now seeing p30 pro superzoom capability.
Will share some photos later biggrin.gif

Good morning guys! Pic taken with S10+

I think ah , this photo looks good.
The clouds and color of the sky is bery nice and looks like its on ultra wide angle . The UWA lens of the S10s at 12-13mm beats the heck out of the Huawei at 16-17mm. In photography field of view for UWA perspective , every single wider mm counts and the Sammy has over 4-5mm advantage over the Huawei. Try buying the widest lens for DSLR , it may cost a kidney.hehe

Only thing lacking is dynamic range and others may mistake that for dull color . I am surprised as S10s usually have good dynamic range. Did you enable HDR ?

As a UWA shot , you did well to get a good foreground of the sand and maybe , the stones is a bit of distraction but you can easily crop/edit that off.
You even manage to capture a small and bigger island on the left and right which i think giv the whole photo a better perspective.

Every photos is subjective , but i would be happy with that shot.

from what i've known based on member feedback

if you disable One UI it will disable certain features as well such as the swipe at home key to switch previous app

so since you didnt disable it, something else must be causing your issue
