Yeap, As usual~~ Maxis customer is always at the disadvantage side. even in my case is also very frustrated too (https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4727173) I have to complain for so many times and waited for 1 week just to get my case resolved and yet again they don't make my case as a big deal until the 2nd time I got it. it was a frustration experience.
