Thats how politicians think. ALL politicians. They are innocent unless they are convicted in court. Why? Look at it this way.

Who create laws? Politicians. And politicians will definitely leave out some loopholes in those laws so they can exploit. So, even when we think they are guilty, but bcoz of those loopholes, they are considered not guilty by law.

And the one who is in trial now is a former head of those politicians. Im very sure he will use all those loopholes to his advantage.

And he tried to use the "donation" loophole once. Im sure u all know.

How politicians exploit this loophole? Well 1 method i know is like this.

Contractor A say he will give some politicians a sum of money if that politician let him get the contract. Politician agreed. But, they wont give money directly. To "clean" that money contractor A "donate" to the politician foundation. For indirect approach, they will "donate" that money to the politician party branch account. From that account the politician take the money as part of his monthly allowence. Or use it for election. Thats how umno gain money throughout the year. So why haven't any1 cought? Coz its legal.

And dont say umno only. EVERY party in this country operate this way. Thats how they fund their elections. By receiving "donations". Umno have lots of money simply bcoz they control federal. So more projects
