ermm. bring it back to comsat, better if bring some knowledge-able friends along or some typical good functioning w810i and demand services. try to look for other workers / manager. your friend can tell them that she will bring the case to consumer tribunal bla bla if case is unsettle (with enough proof).
i doubt her uncle has done anything with her phone too.
