i bough w810i for my gf and this hp is under comsat too.
3th week, the hp had charging problem so i tot the hp to the shop and they help me send to comsat.

after 2 weeks, the hp come back to me and repaired. good condition. everything working fine till now. the hp is gonna 9 months liao.
