I actually planned to buy for own stay, with my two kids and wife but due to budget constraint which we only can afford property below RM600,000. It seem very interesting package and the unit come with 4 bedroom, hopefully is not a scam. Can anyone can clarify?

why not we go in together as a bulk buyers to squeeze the developer for additional discount?? 1 or 2% also good???

The agent that served me quite reliable and comfortable, although the agent seems new, anyway i already place booking there, is just RM 5000, cant wait for my new house
