My fitness journey has reached a year. I have been consistently going to gym 3-4 times per week working all muscle groups.
Every month I will switch or change my routine but still attacking the muscle groups so that they are constantly stimulated.

In terms of diet, been eating clean approx 1g of protein per pound of weight. Fit in carbs and good fats too. Only eat crap once or twice a week.
Suffered back injury and carpal tunnel on my right hand along the way which hindered my growth abit.

I supplement myself with multi vits, ZMA, l carnitine & whey isolates regularly.

Here's the issue, I don't seem to be making gains or changes on my physique. Also can't seem to push for heavier weights lately; only can increase intensity with same weights. Was considering to include power-lifting in my routine for strength gains.

Any tips from seniors out there?

My profile would be:
72kg, 178cm
body fat% approx 15 if not mistaken, visceral fat around 4%

Do you calculate your calories intake in the right way? And what is your actual goal?
