My friend here owns a creative agency company and he currently has a proper office for his company. But now he want to wish to transfer to a SOHO as his office contract is expiring.

After moving to SOHO, will he be able to use the SOHO unit as a office legally?

Also, he wants his company to come under MDEC (for VISA etc.), will MDEC have any problem for companies using SOHO as their office?
