 Maxis Fibre Home Disconnect, went off.

My maxis home fibre disconnect without any reason, its been 2 day already, tried to restart modem, livechat with the maxis page cs, didt get any solution yet.
The TM modem auth and link LED is off, and maxis modem internet LED is red. Anyone know whats the problems?

cant even click connect on maxis gateway. i don know how long i should wait about the maxis / tm technican come over to fix this, very disspointed about the service.

have you tried calling support? let them lodge a report for you for onside visit.

i did, yet they ask me wait the tech calls, but no one call me yet.
And i read some topic here, my issues might be fibre problems, which the phone calls cant solve anythings. i don know how many days / week i have to wait them to arrange and solve this.. i need internet for working, aslo if that needs a week to solve the problems, did maxis pay us back the weekly payment then?

looking at your issue above, it may have something to do with TM, i suggest you to call back using the same report number, ask for a status update.

Usually when it involve TM it will take awhile to settle.

if time is not a problem, keep calling them whenever possible. Get a report number and escalate it to MCMC. You should not let them use the reason of need to wait for TM, because after all bill you pay to Maxis every month.

i waited the tech calls to confirm, which their promise on next 24hours. but still no one calls then, just now i use livechat they just give me same answer, wait the fibre team calls. this is really pissed me off i don know how many 24hours i need to wait the stupid fibre team calls again.

really dissapointed about maxis service like that, neither its TM problems or wat, maxis shouldt ignore and delay the customers problems like this.

and guys im new here, how to report it to MCMC?
