First I got this pop up

No internet
Try:
- Checking the network cables, modem, router
-reconnecting to wifi
- running Window Diagnostic

Then I always have to click on running Window Diagnostic

And then another window pop up saying

The default gateway is not available ---------FIXED

I've had this problem - it's drivers for Wi-Fi. Try reinstalling them.
