Do u think need to provide mattress to let out?, Added advantage OR not necessary?

If rent out fully furnished off course need to provide mattress. I'm sure it a common understanding in the market. Partial furnish usually no mattress.
My tenant even request full bed sheet set from me. Since my rental can cover my installment plus maintenance fee so I just provide lo. |
