I am currently looking to buy a house around Klang Valley for own stay. Anyone can suggest any good deals or good property to go for? I prefer new units and residential title.

PV Arena might be a good one for you to look at but you will need to wait 4 years for it.

However your budget and PSF vs density you are after will make it difficult to find anything.

Might help if you list down the main priorities.

If your budget is around RM700k and you are looking for 3 rooms, you will struggle to find anything that only has 600 units.

If your work/social activities mainly at PJ or Subang, I would suggest you Elmina Green or any subsale in Elmina Valley :-
