I snore and it affects my sleep.

Bought BreatheRight nasal strip at about Rm8 a box of 12pcs with Lazada vouchers and been using it for the past 4 years.
Nowadays it cost a lot more than Rm8 a box. It helps to keep me fresh in the day, though my wife says I still snore even with the nasal strips.

Recently, I tried to save cost by reusing old nasal strip + surgical tape. 1 strip can be reused many times. Though I feel that it is less effective compared to BreatheRight

Anyone using any snore reduction remedies?

try sleeping side way instead of on your back.

Tried changing pillows, sleep on side, etc etc.
Tried those nose insert things that you put in your nose.

Most effective for me is BreatheRight normal, and ensure fan or aircon does not blow on face at all. Those ciplak nasal strips dont work for me.
Recently friend helped to get the bigger Breatheright strip which holds better from US. I gave it to my dad as he snores harder.

Next thing to try is to run 5KM a day
