Finally my Mate 20 X die on me. What a great excellent service for past 5 years. Considering either Oneplus 12/13 or Vivo X200 now. It's quite hard to move on from Huawei as I consider the best Android phone in the market but i do need Google ecosystem.

You can consider Honor Magic 7 Pro.
I am Mate 20 Pro user, eyeing in Honor Magic 7 Pro too.

No more Huawei for me after they abandoned Android and go with their own Harmony OS since Mate 50 Pro and 60 Pro. I checked their latest Pura phones and similarly, no Android. I am not sure how is the Harmony OS but I surely won't be trying another unfamiliar OS other than Android with Google support. Moreover, the latest Pura 70 is also not cheap and above RM5k if I'm not mistaken not withstanding the OS which does not appeal to me.

I will likely go with Vivo X series when my Mate 20X hit the bucket. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will last for another year before I jump ship.

They are not abandoned Android, is Google Mobile Service block Huawei.

Maybe I share you some experience

For Global Market that come with EMUI. You can install Google App with support of MicroG.
Only thing that miss out is Play Store, Android Auto, Google Wallet and Google Assistance.
*Play Store can replace by Aurora Store, Aurora Store is a "adblock version of Play Store".

For China Market that come with HarmonyOS. With the help of Lzplay and MicroG, you can even install Play Store.

But of course, for simplicity, just go for Vivo, Oppo, Honor or Samsung.

At first eyeing for Honor Magic 7 too, Op13 come across while utubing
which is even installing Play Store, there's a lot of google app such wallet can't use am i right? or can?

I am using 2nd hand Mate 60 Pro for about 1 months after my Mate 20 Pro dead.
Mate 60 Pro running harmony OS. Which mean I am using the Lzplay method.
The only thing I can't use is Google Assistance (Gemini and Chatgpt can use) and Google Wallet.
Google Find my phone can't use. But can use Huawei Find my phone.
Android Auto I "heard" can't use but I am not sure, I didn't try it out.

You can see here.
https://github.com/to-alan/HarmonyOSInstallGMS

The most argument last time was PokemonGo. I tried, no problem.
Native McDonals app can't launch, but we can use Huawei Quick App to launch.

All other banks working fine. Below are the list I use
1) MAE
2) MyPB
3) HLB Connect
4) OCBC
5) UOB
6) Wise
7) HLeBroking
8) RHB TradeSmart

Oh ya, WhatsApp I backup in Google Drive. No problem as well.

But still after I using for 1 month, due to the Mate 60 Pro is purely for China Market. Some of the small things I feel like not very match with my previous Mate 20 Pro experience.
Is not like it will affect everyday life, just some kacang putih. Below is the list

1) I can't "Hello Google" anymore.
2) The AI feature in the Album app can't work in my home Time internet. For Digi mobile data, sometime also can't connect. Most stable is need to connect to VPN. I tried Hong Kong VPN it works.
3) The some operation of Xiao Yi 小艺 also same like 2). Basic operation no problem like set alarm, on touch light. Only related with command that need to search the web. Like What is the weather tomorrow.
4) The point camera and auto popout TNG app is not support. It only support Huawei Wallet, Alipay and Wechat pay.

Based on my experience, I would say with the help of MicroG, Huawei phone is able to run most of the Google App. For people who what full Google integration kind of experience, I think don't go for Huawei. Huawei is more like an iPhone now. You can install Google App. But you can't get full Google Integration.

Is like you buy iPhone but you can't "Hey Google" kind of experience.

The replacement board kaput after 6 months. :/
Total surgeries throughout its lifetime:
2 battery replacements
1 main board replacement

Total lifetime = 5 years ++ (Nov 19 - May 25) bye.gif

It's been a great experience with Huawei which made me opt for Honor Magic 6 Pro (need the desktop projection feature)

ps: I guess I'm late to the party but 120hz is nice yo brows.gif

Mine also same. Faced this problem last year.
The processor got 8 cores, but when you use software to see, it only detect 4 cores.
The phone will go to infinite boot as soon as the screen is locked and for about some times and the phone decided to deep sleep.
Do we have reball service of the board in Malaysia?

I am using Magic 7 Pro now. Basically a super beef up Huawei Mate 20 Pro without external memory.
All other stuff the same.
