Got my mate 20 pro on p30 launch day for RM2549. upgraded from p20 pro for the wide angle lens and 40w charging.

Wonder how Samsung users can still tolerate with 15w 'fast' charging.

Depends on how you utilise the 40mp. And I dun think you shoot daily on 40mp do you? Its normally 10mp vs 6mp. 40mp unless you want to shoot in raw/ or if you are using the image on monitor.

There are full glue tempered glass in the market already. And the price is not expensive. Its not the kind that requires uv glue. But you do need some skill to make sure the alignment is right. This is not the kind with side glue and Web pattern in the middle.

However, since this is the non-branded type, you will encounter different 'cutting' of the black border. The bad one will cut off the screen top and bottom. I bought two pieces from two different suppliers and the second one was a good one.

I'm using it now and I also got one for my friends using p30 Pro. The last time i used a curved screen phone was the galaxy S8 and it was a PITA at that time to look for a tempered glass.

Some dealers will keep the demo unit sealed to retain its resale value one year later.

Not all dealers display actual phones in their shop.

It is still a demo unit with pre-installed software slightly different from the normal one.

Im a dealer and I don't normally unsealed my demo unit just to retain its value. These units are not free, but acquired at a discounted price.

Anyway, I do agree not to trust our local ah beng hp dealers as they have all sorts of stickers to seal unsealed units and advertised it as brand new 😂

Finally say goodbye to my mate 20 pro. Had to be one of the best phone i have ever used. One and a half year on, this phone still has killer specs compare to 2020 flagship.

Take a look at all the new flagships, and you will find these features familiar. Thats how well this phone has aged.

Its an annual thing bro haha. Anyway im using the note 10+ now but will switch to P40 pro soon, hopefully

Not sure though if i can live without gms. I'll try and adapt and see how it goes.

E-wallet is supported. Not all bank apps are in the app gallery. But mostly are.

Anyway, i dont think this google ban will be a permanent thing. So if i can live without google for the time being, then it can only be a good thing.

Afraid i wont receive my phone so soon lol. Anyway, theres a very detailed video that shows how to have gms on a p40 pro. If gms is really a need, then there will always be a way
