Thanks for the reply. Similarly i am not into games and mainly use WhatsApp, the videos and attachment sent through WhatsApp and browsing the internet. Occasionally i use Google Maps in the phone when driving to a particular destination but that is of less concern because i have the car charger that is very efficient in providing quick charging to the phone, most of the time better than the normal wall plug charger at home which is weird.
I ask this question because my LG V20 although a good phone is giving me a bit of problem even it comes to charging. When new I only need to charge it 1 or maximum 2 times a day. Now I have to charge it 4 to 5 times a day if not more. The worse thing is when I plug the USB cable to charge the phone, it is not charging, or it charges extremely slow. Sometimes when I plug the cable to the phone, after 1 hour the phone battery power goes from say 10% to 15% only instead of 100%.which is pathetic.
Apart from this issue, the power drops fairly quickly when I'm using the phone to browse the internet, such as typing this post of the phone right now. Charging the phone average 4 to 5 times a day.
When it comes a time that i need to charge the phone 10 times a day, either I replace the battery of the V20 or I get this Huawei Mate 20X. Apart from the impressive huge capacity battery, the big screen (7 inches?) and camera are the main selling points for me.
Lol
ryder_78, finally decided to come in here to have a peek after my suggestion at the V20 thread? Just ditch the V20, LG is a shit company. By the way, I have beem using my Maye 20 X for a month now, and I am loving it. It is just like how I enjoyed using my Oneplus 3, only that this is much better in almost every aspect.
Better screen (colours more vibrant, brighter), larger screen, super large battery, very fluid UI (at times just a tinny winny bit slower than Oneplus, we are talking about milliseconds difference here, not like 5 seconds in the case of V20), awesome camera, good software support (compared to V20), reasonable price. Even the headphone jack quality is good, I would say 95% of the V20's quad DAC. But when comparing the audio output from speakers, the Mate 20 X completely thrash it. It is the loudest phone I have ever seen, just like having a dedicated portable speaker. It can even be too loud at times for my liking, at max volume.
The only thing V20 have that's better than the Huawei Mate 20 X are these:
1. Dedicated SD Card slot, not hybrid
2. Removable battery
3. Dual display (the Mate 20 X does not have a LED notification light and the floating display isn't really informative imo)
That's it. In every other aspect, it lags very far behind. The Mate 20 X is also a much better looking phone. No point being stubborn and singing praises of V20 anymore. LG is crap, period.
