It seems my mate 20 Pro charging port have some issues...
Can't detect charging, can't supercharge, etc - I use my phone for work and highly rely on it... Where can I get it repaired quick and/or what r my options?

Pls help guys....

If need to go SC, which SC should I go for most efficient SC? I'm Klang Valley area

Recommend the plaza berjaya one. Right opposite berjaya times square. I had many great replacements done there with minimal investigation.



Side note: my mate 20 pro fp icon keep blinking randomly... Software bug? Prior updating I didn't have such issues.. on . 298 now.

Mate 20 Pro is very precious, since it is the last batch of Mate series with GMS.

I actually love my Mate 20, would love to change to Mate 30 but no GMS.

Previously I uses my phones without TG also no issue hehe.

hi just want to share my experience going to Huawei service center in pavilion.. since my friend who used to work in phone company said Pavi 1 should be most quick in handling my issues..

i was 1 of the first, if not the first to reach there around 10am..

the CS frontline quickly diagnosed my issue and told me be done in 1 hour... and true enough in under 1 hour they send me msg said that its done d.

didnt need to format phone.. paid and left....

soon the mate20p will b in the rm99 battery change programme... is it recommended to change battery ? will it help with performance?

it'll give the phone a new lease of life, changing the battery.

performance-wise, depends on how bloated apps will be in the future. but 6gb is still sufficient so far.
