Hi,

Just want to check whether anyone ever try to purchase a refurbished PC from Dell Factory Outlet? Is it the same as purchasing a new PC from Dell. The price shown in Dell Factory Outlet is cheaper than the new PC.

Reliable or not, i am not sure but refurbished unit should come with warranty as well so i guess that should be fine. I bought a Creative Audigy refurbished as well and it looked like new..

But they won't include a monitor inside the package. For me, is fine as I hv a 19" Viewsonic Widescreen sitting around. I just want the CPU only

idk la about dell. but few weeks ago i tried order online on 3rd last mth. they say the monitor i order will arrive at me on 8th the next mth T_T. so i cancel my order lorr

warranty is less around 6 months only if not mistaken, but u still get all the software installed........

Is the price cheaper?

After checking out the link provided, I feel that the prices are not much difference...

agreed, selling like new.... they sholud sell below 1 k, with only 6 month warranty, sure mcm pisang panas

sometimes those refurbished pc will come with quadro graphic card and the price is amazing too bad no high end gaming card

The warranty clearly stated is for 1 year. Which website did you go to ?
