bought this 2.1 speaker 4 months back cost about rm500 thought of giving it a try (first logitech speaker) and very disappointing the quality, turning volume up and down now have cracking sound, then the left speaker cable very loose plugin toward the subwoofer, sound quality kinda degraded..only 1 thing the bass is good that's all.. mid sound is kinda muddy by it's nature design..

So sad, i have the old z623 which i bought 6-7 years back. Around last 2 years only the hissing sound occur. Urs must be a faulty product. Btw, the hissing sound can be solve by turn off the speaker, then turn the volume knob most left and most right repeatly for around 30sec. The hissing noise will gone. But not permenant ya

should buy bookshelf speakers, i use Edifier S1000DB, so far ok. Logitech use plastic for speaker case, not so solid.

Maybe because you push it too high thats why. Should increase slowly for few days. And dont open too high the volume

Any local stores or local online stores that sell swan ?

BTW i also look for 2.0 book shelf type, mostly for movies and gaming, I want to avoid subwoofer as i always clean my room and want to avoid pulling the cable of the sub.
