Help needed from those who download PS store items/play online - what address should I use when registering on the first time? msia address?

how will this affect my online capabilities..?

getting a ps3 soon.

my question is if i use US address how would that impact my online capability.. eg can i still download Asia contents/demo...

I find that when I connect to the PS NETWORK STORE, the speed is very slow when loading the pages/images, i tried both WIRED and WIRELESS connection, WIRED is slightly better but still considered very slow (feels like Dial up).

but when i download games/demo (i mean the download appears under the DOWNLOAD MANAGEMENT now) its pretty fast, i guess about 40-50KB/s.

anyone else feel the same? know why....?

there is an Option under ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT called ACTIVATE SYSTEM - I activated it and its says i am supposed to be able to access more online contents... but i don't see any difference... any idea?

i am not sure if there is anything to do with streamyx... i mean

DOWNLOAD DEMO speed = 40-50KB/s
surfing the PS STORE = 4-5KB/s or less

wonder why the difference.. both also using streamyx what..
