S'pore covers the 3yrs warranty but provided you buy from them. Even Djin who takes stocks from S'pore only gives 1 yr. If you buy from Sg Wang, most of the X360 consoles are parallel import from Korea, so figure it yourself, do you think those shops want to send back faulty X360 to Korea for warranty?

So don't expect anything official when you buy unofficial.

You think SONY is so stupid?They have been in console industry for quite a long time and I bet you this time SONY will win. PS3 is hackerproof..even the great Dark Alex has quit the PSP scene (great move SONY for paying him lots of money) .... PS2 is a different kind of story, it was so easy to hack because it was using onboard BIOS. This time around PS3 is using firmwares for updates and they have all the holes covered. Where the heck the ISO Loader promised by PARADOX.... they are really upset when the emotion engine was stripped off from PS3 PAL. The EE engine was the key of the Loader. So you think those europeans want to release the loader that will only benefit the americans and asians and you think they're too generous....again I

He never understand lar, to setup a BD press factory, you need SONY approval and you have to fork out 4x more the cost of setting up new a DVD pressing plant...SONY will never simply give BD license to anyone.

that's a good reason so that all the psp-sceners won't get mad at him. Logically thinking, if someone got harass with Sony, he will surely go underground and continue doing the hacking job. Sony was so brilliant, instead of harassing him better pay him a good lump sum of money so that he will leave for good.

To make all the fans happy just create a story saying that Sony harassed him and quits so that ppl will get mad with Sony but what can those mad ppl do...just going mad...

I'm not even mad at DA. I really thank him all the things he've done and gave a lot of contribution to the psp-scene. I really salute for his brilliant. Just give it a thought why in the first place expose yourself instead of going underground like any other hackers.....the answer...MOOOONEEYYY. I think he knows that one day SONY will get to him and offer him a good lump sump of money.
