Hi, I have a problem with my Xbox 1 of 4 years. For some reason, it would start by itself and the DVD tray pops out and I would have to unplug the power supply to make sure this doesn't happen. I can't seem to load or play any copy games (it runs on an Aladdin Advance modchip). Anyone have this problem and have successfully fixed it? I'm not that handy at repairs so if anyone knows a place I can send it for repairs that would be fantastic. Thanks.

I have a 360. I want to be able to play my Xbox 1 as well so I can get the best of both worlds.

So no one's faced this problem before?
