P30 Pro battery is epic... 100% from yesterday 11pm till now I still have 29% left. My old S8 plus die around 12pm afternoon.... What a big difference!!  Amazing battery life!

Yes... New device normally show better battery performance but I personally feel huawei battery management is much better than Samsung phone...

between p30pro and p30, to me i would go for p30, not the pro one. p30p have the best camera and zoom etc, but i don't need that much fancy camera, p30 camera still good among the peers. p30p have curve screen, somehow now i feel curve screen is just cosmetic gimmick with no real purpose, and its hard to put on screen protector, and again less shock resistant if drop, so flat screen on p30 is suffice. plus, other than that, there is no real compromise in terms of spec on p30. for the price listed, i would definitely go for p30, more valuable for money. imo
