The problem is right now it is uncertain what are the long term plans for Huawei on the Android platform, coz both Huawei and Android can't tell us beyond the short term of providing security updates, bla bla bla. And to be fair to the both of them, they can't tell us what will happen in the long term coz they don't know as well
