I have the below main quote from laywer:

1. Sale and Purchase Agreement and Transfer
2. Entry and Withdrawal of Private Caveat
3. Form CKHT 2A
4. Borang I
5. Form 502
6. Statutory Declaration

I heard we can DIY for Form CKHT 2A. How about the rest like Borang I, Form 502 and Statutory Declaration?

First time buying a house, still noob. Tq!

CKHT filing & Borang I - u can do yourself if you want. but don't expect your lawyer to teach you how.

Statutory declaration better let lawyer do as there are certain formats bank require.

to be honest if u wanna enter caveat by yourself, you can even do it.

if you buy by cash, you can even do everything by yourself and bypass the lawyer.
